Agent top-ups, balances, commission and statements
An agent's top-up is only a request until you confirm it. Check it against your bank or wallet statement (and the slip), then confirm — the agent's balance is credited at that moment.

How the airline books agent money: Top-ups are deposits held for the agent (money owed back to the agent until it is used). Bought is the gross value of tickets sold on those deposits. Commission is the agency commission (a selling cost) credited to the agent's balance. Balance is what the airline still holds for the agent.

The bank accounts and wallets agents are told to pay into. Agents see the active ones when they top up. (An automatic top-up through CB Pay, AYA Pay or KBZ Pay needs the airline's merchant agreement with that provider; until it is connected, payments are confirmed here.)
